Fat16 and 4GB is max usable partition size of SDCARD. (Can use larger SDCARDS , but only first 4GB Fat16 partition will be created by .img file)
I found from examining .img created and "Fourth distribution I released this year for the ZX-Uno formatted in FAT16" from post https://www.zxuno.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=4103

I only use cores that support VGA/FAT32.
