After having read the latest FAQ can I ask a few questions.

1. On the SVN site I keep getting certification error and Chrome won't let me download anything. Is there a problem with your HTTPS registration?

2. Does Firmware.zx1 update everything that is included by default including all the Spectrum ROM, or do I still have to update 'ROMS.ZX1' as well?

3. I can't get the ESXDOS Commands to work like 'CAT *' to work. I just get an 'Invalid Stream Error'. I have tried all the standard ROMs included in 'Firmware.zx1' Do I need to use one of the ones here and create a ROMS.ZX1 file with ZX1Rompack? http://svn.zxuno.com/svn/zxuno/firmware/roms/listadoROMs.txt

4. Which version of ESXDOS does Firmware.zx1 use by default? Is it 0.86 Beta 4?

1. AFAIK the certifícate was not renewed. Just ignore the browser warning or use http instead.

2. No, ROMS, firmware and ESXDOS come in different files. Only flash.zx1 includes it all.

3. I think that is a problem with latear versions of ESXDOS. Try downgrading

Firmware.zx1 does not include ESXDOS. You need ESXDOS.ZX1 to upgrade ESXDOS. Usually you can find that file in esxdos distribution packsge named as DIVMMC.BIN or similar. Dont forget to update also SD files so ESXDOS version matches files in SD card .

Or there's UnoDOS 3 which does everything via dot commands instead of overloading BASIC.
