Re: ZX-Next core para ZX-Uno

How do I play a .dmp in a folder rather than a .dmp in the ROOT? I looked at the ESXDOS manual and I thought I could use / so:

.sidplay /sid/r-type.dmp

But that does not work.

Re: ZX-Next core para ZX-Uno

Thanks @jsj - that worked a treat. Now to create a 'best of SID tune directory' ! @fbelavenuto - thanks for the info. Regarding the default Joystick, 'Sinclair' is selected, but I would say 'Kempston' was more popular. Maybe something to highlight in the Next documentation/manual so people know to e...

Re: ZX-Next core para ZX-Uno

Is there a way of running a .bat (batch command) to process a whole directory of .sid files?

I tried but I am having problems. I don't know if it is because the output file is written straight after the option command:

siddump input.sid -boutput.dmp

Re: ZX-Next core para ZX-Uno

I was having a few problems with siddump, so just in case other have issues running the program:

siddump test.sid -btest.dmp

Don't put a space between -b and the output file ;)

Re: ZX-Next core para ZX-Uno

Thanks for the update.

Jim Bagley gave a presentation on the Next today in England at a retro show and the room was packed with people ;)

Re: Varias dudas sobre el PC/XT y lo que le rodea

Is it possible to run this amazing demo for 8088+CGA?

http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=65371

Or would we need a more basic PC Core?

Re: ZX-Next core para ZX-Uno

To start I think the Next is great and a big :gracias!: to everyone involved (including SKY for allowing the licensing of Sinclair property instead of just saying "'No!"). One thing I don't understand is not having 'F' or Function Keys (F1, F2, F. etc). This will reduce the convenience of running ot...

Re: ZX-Next core para ZX-Uno

I see version 1.08 has been released via TTBlue Facebook page.
I wonder if ZX Uno version will be able to support Turbosound Next?

Thanks

I know you must be busy (Kickstarter is going great!) but any chance of an updated Core?

Thanks

Re: Coco 3/Dragon 32

I know it is very early days. But don't worry about the Dragon having analogue joystick controls. Most games are ports of Spectrum etc games that were originally designed for digital controls. I followed an Internet guide and built a couple of digital to analogue converters so I can use standard 9- ...
