I just tested the PC XT cores and the 2MB core does not work for me. It gives just black screen. I have ZX Uno equipped with 2MB SRAM AS7C316096C-10TIN. I have just v4.1, but MCS does not work to me, as carmeloco already said. Looks like empty speccy picture with bad sync

I would not suspect defective AD724, as I tested 2 different pieces. One cheap from eBay and one pretty expensive from Farnell. Both with the same results.

VGA is OK, see picture above, but the timing is also different. I will try to make RGB-SCART cable to see, but it will take some time.
